What should I include in my enquiry?
Send the box style, internal dimensions in millimetres, quantity, intended contents and any artwork. Include a delivery postcode and any deadline.
Is custom printing included in the listed box price?
The existing Magnetic Box listing is for boxes only. Contact us to confirm the cost of custom printing or any changes to the specification.
How long will my order take?
Lead times depend on your specification and order quantity. Ask us to confirm production and delivery times before ordering.
Can I pay a deposit or balance?
If we have agreed a deposit or balance payment for your packaging order, use the amount and reference supplied with your quote or invoice.
